At Salve Health we are working tirelessly and efficiently to accommodate each and every client with our services. We strive to provide exceptional care and services to all our patients. To ensure efficient operations and fair access to our treatments, we kindly request adherence to our appointment cancellation policy as detailed below:

Patients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 8 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other patients waiting for services. We understand that emergencies happen. If you cancel within 8 hours, no call, or no show due to an unforeseen event, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a one-time courtesy waiver of the cancellation fee for the first missed late or cancelled appointment. If you cancel, reschedule or no show in less than eight hours on more than two occasions you will be charged 50 dollars during your next visit. Unfortunately, if this occurs more then three times in a eight week time period we will no longer be able to offer you services 

This requirement is effective immediately. Your notice will allow us to extend an appointment opportunity to others on our client list.
